Thats not a bad deal at all for whats done. Rebuilding your motor probably cost close to that. Good luck with the sale

you should part me some of those internals that can be used twice. Not like the pistin rings or nothing, but maybe something like that wideband or polished crank or awe boost gauge, shaved trunk and colbolt speakers. Hook me up if your just gonna sell. Ill give u my stuff to replace it and give ya some cash boot. hit me 4 real dawg.. LMK

Ya I used to have a 71r but when I got married I had to sell it for some $$. But eventually I wanna put a gt30 on it but I had to do a 28rs untill I have the internals built.

was in autos class tore engine down found scratches on pistons, and knew that the rods could not take much more than 300 whp so i did it to be safe, and bomb proof.

from what i remember i think the 28rs is ball bearing and the 2871r is not and it is an eliminator style was ganna go 30r but funds at the time would not allow me to with engine build... i had to get new radiator and new a/c system cause car did not have it working before my build began.

you can look at it as a perfect platform to go bigger... its bomb proof
