Oil on turbo inlet pipe

I removed my turbo inlet pipe the other day and noticed there was a small amount of oil inside the turbo inlet pipe and around the hose clamp that fastens the pipe to the turbo. There was just a very small amount of oil on the leading edge of the turbo itself. My turbo seems fine but I'm wondering if this is normal?
Thanks!

Yeah, I'm not losing much oil at all between oil changes. I just wanted to verify that it was somewhat normal. My original turbo has almost 90K miles on it and seems to be doing well...but in the back of my mind I'm planning on having to replace the turbo at some point in the future. I always make sure to do a turbo cool down after driving somewhat hard...but I've only had the car for the last 20K miles. Who knows if the previous owner even knew what a turbo was.

OP, it's coming from the PCV tube that goes into the TIP. If you have oil after the turbo, then you might need to be concerned. Before the turbo, it's coming from somewhwere else.
